Cardiff Animation Festival is a non-profit community organisation run by a team of animation lovers and creators living in Cardiff. The Cardiff Animation Festival team have been running animation events in Wales since 2014.
Cardiff Animation Festival (CAF) showcase some of the best animation from all over the world, with a broad selection of animated short film programmes, feature films, masterclasses, workshops, filmmaker Q+As, retrospectives, behind the scenes screenings, industry events, panels and networking events.
In 2022, CAF opted to organise an online event alongside their in-person festival, seeking assistance in attracting a fresh audience to their online events.
The Challenge
Due to unforeseen circumstances the team at CAF needed to enlist our services at short notice to make sure their online festival was a success. We managed to go from strategy to posting on social media in less than a week.
We had to create engaging content with catchy call to actions to get people to the website and book onto online events.
